Companies want to reward their sales reps for what they have achieved and motivate Them to greater goals in 2009. Sales talks can do this! Often, companies offer these sales discussions at resorts or other vacation destinations. But with so much going on in life, sales reps are more interested in revenue discussions that just “get it done” - the “it” being the training, awards banquet, new product updates, company communications, etc. They wanna be home when they can….
I would like to hear what you think.
